Zebra Striping has been the name Southern Maine trusts to keep parking lots looking their Sunday best — even if it’s Tuesday.

Based in Scarborough, we provide commercial pavement maintenance services including line striping, sealcoating, crack repair, snow plowing, and sign installation for properties across Greater Portland and surrounding areas.

For over 40 years, we’ve worked with municipalities, property managers, and general contractors who need their lots to look sharp, meet code, and stand up to Maine’s weather. We show up early, get the job done right, and leave every site better than we found it — no shortcuts, no ghosting, no paint where it shouldn’t be.

In 2022, Zebra Striping was purchased by life-long Scarborough residents Rodney Bailey and Ashley Risbara. With over 40 years of combined experience in construction, property management, and customer service, Rod and Ashley are proud to carry on Zebra’s legacy while continuing to grow and improve what we offer.

Rod brings over two decades of field experience leading crews on some of Southern Maine’s most visible commercial projects. Ashley’s background in her family’s construction and property management companies taught her early on the value of great communication and even better follow-through. Together, they lead a team that takes pride in doing things the right way — every time.
